I have served as a nurse for nearly 4 decades—across pediatrics, home care, hospice, leadership and corporate wellness. While I have held administrative and managerial roles, my deepest commitment has always remained with direct-care, and the human experience at the bedside.

Over the course of my career, I've witnessed both extraordinary dedication of healthcare professionals, as well as, the growing pressures that challenge meaningful connection in today's systems of care.
